- Leading, managing, and developing a sales team to achieve and exceed performance targets.
- Monitoring sales data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to address them.
- Providing coaching and support to team members while addressing performance gaps as needed.
- Collaborating with training managers to enhance on boarding processes and develop team skills.
- Presenting regular updates and forecasts to senior leadership.
- Creating an enthusiastic, collaborative, and success-driven team environment.
Person Specification
- Demonstrable experience in a sales management role, particularly in telesales management or B2B environments.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate teams and deliver results.
- Analytical skills to interpret and act on sales data.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving capabilities.
- A proactive approach to challenges and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes.
