Location: Birmingham
Salary: Up to £45,000

Key Responsibilities:
- Offer practical health and safety advice across various projects
- Provide CDM guidance and coaching to project teams
- Communicate effectively with contractors, stakeholders, and external businesses
- Conduct audits, site inspections, and complete necessary documentation
- Balance compliance tasks with hands-on, on-site health and safety management
- Ensure safety procedures are consistently followed, maintaining a positive safety culture
Essential Requirements:
- NEBOSH Certificate in Construction
- Strong administrative and IT skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of CDM regulations
- Proven experience in conducting audits, site surveys, and inspections
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach
