Salary: up to £60,000 + car allowance

Main Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on practical support for environmental management across a wide range of construction projects, including residential, commercial, and large-scale industrial developments, by advising on best practices.
- Collaborate closely with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to proactively identify environmental risk, develop mitigation strategies, and embed sustainable practices into project planning and execution phases.
- Prepare comprehensive, data-driven reports detailing compliance audit outcomes, non-conformities, and actionable recommendations.
- Act as the primary environmental liaison on-site, providing guidance to teams, resolving compliance queries, and promoting a culture of environmental accountability through training, and clear communication of best practices.
- Monitor legislative updates and industry guidelines, analyse their operational implications, and communicate changes effectively to internal teams.
Essential Experience:
- Proven experience in environmental management, preferably within the construction or related industries
- Strong knowledge of UK environmental legislation and it’s application on construction sites
