Your Impact
As QHSSE Coordinator, your expertise will reinforce our ongoing commitment to safe, sustainable, and high-quality operations across our fleet and offices. You will:
- Advise and assist both vessel and office teams in navigating evolving HSE legislation and organizational standards.
- Review and refine the Integrated Management System, championing continuous improvement.
- Drive a proactive safety culture through training, risk awareness, and guidance.
- Provide specialist QHSSE input for tenders, projects, and compliance matters.
- Conduct audits, risk assessments, and investigations—ensuring corrective actions are practical and effective.
- Keep QHSSE registers and reports up to date and meaningful for management reviews.
- Support emergency preparedness initiatives through drills and scenario planning.
- Act as Deputy Company Security Officer and Designated Person Ashore when required.
- Several years’ experience in QHSSE roles, ideally in maritime, offshore, or technical project settings.
- Knowledge of regulations and standards such as ISM, ISPS, MLC, and ISO 9001/14001/45001.
- Skilled in risk management, auditing, and integrated management systems.
- Internal auditor (lead auditor qualification is a plus).
- Strong communication abilities in Dutch and English.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and genuinely motivated by QHSSE.
