Our client, a market leader in the treatment and hygiene space, is rapidly expanding its already successful engineering division and is now seeking a skilled Estimator to join their team. Key Responsibilities:
  • Estimating and pricing small works projects, including tank replacements, pipe adjustments, tank room fit-outs, and installations of water treatment equipment.
  • Preparing accurate costings and ensuring timely submission of tenders.
  • Collaborating with the engineering team to understand project specifications and requirements.
  • Reviewing drawings, specifications, and other relevant documents to assess the scope of work.
  • Managing project estimates from initial inquiry through to contract award.
  • Ensuring all projects are priced in line with company standards and within budget.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience in mechanical and electrical estimating, particularly in the water treatment or similar industries.
  • Strong knowledge of estimating processes and techniques.
  • Excellent attention to detail, with a focus on delivering accurate, competitive quotes.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work to tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and clients.
