Workshop Foreman – Heavy Plant & Equipment
A major rentals business specialising in Heavy Plant & Equipment are looking for a Workshop Foreman to oversee the workshop and perform repairs on machinery.
 
Role: Workshop Foreman
Area: Bristol
Salary: £55,000 per year / £21.15 per hour + benefits

The requirements of the Workshop Foreman will be:

• As Workshop Foreman, you will be required to supervisor daily workshop operations and manage maintenance schedules
• Performing heavy equipment repairs
• Ensuring safety standards are met
• Coordinating with the service team
• Overseeing workshop tasks
• Working Monday – Friday, 7am – 6pm

The ideal candidate for Workshop Foreman will have:

• Supervisory and Communication skills
• Experience with Heavy Equipment and Maintenance
• Knowledge of heavy plant
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Experience in the plant rental or related industry is a plus
