Are you an experienced Product Manager with a passion for construction or agricultural equipment? We’re looking for a dynamic and driven individual to take the lead in shaping the product journey, from development through to delivery, promotion, and training.

About the Role As Product Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting sales and marketing efforts, driving product strategy, and serving as the vital link between our customers, internal teams, and global manufacturing partners. Based at our head office in Rochdale, you’ll also travel across the UK and internationally for trade shows, site visits, and dealer engagement.
This is a hands-on role suited for someone who combines strong technical knowledge with commercial awareness and exceptional communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute product strategies aligned with market trends and business objectives.
  • Work closely with customers, dealers, and internal teams to influence future product development.
  • Define go-to-market strategies and support the launch of new products.
  • Create and maintain product manuals and competitive analysis materials.
  • Deliver engaging, sales-focused product training to dealers and internal staff.
  • Provide technical sales support and product demonstrations.
  • Analyze market data to identify opportunities for growth and product improvement.
  • Track used equipment values and report on resale trends.
  • Attend trade shows and events to gather market feedback and enhance product visibility.
  • Advocate for the voice of the customer across the business.
  • Provide insight and recommendations to senior management on market performance.
What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role within the construction or agricultural equipment industry.
  • Proven background in product training, technical sales, and product support.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage at all levels.
  • Experience in sales strategy, market research, and competitive analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); InDesign or similar is a plus.
  • Full UK driving license and a safe driving record.
  • A positive, proactive attitude with a team-focused mindset.
