We’re currently working exclusively with a well-established company supplying high-performance recycling, waste processing, and materials handling machinery across the UK and Ireland. Known for their technical expertise and commitment to sustainable solutions, they’re now seeking a Marketing Manager to take ownership of their marketing strategy and execution.

The Role As Marketing Manager, you’ll oversee all marketing activity, driving brand growth, lead generation, and customer engagement across multiple industrial markets. This is a hands-on position that blends strategic planning with day-to-day delivery — from managing digital content and social media to coordinating events, product launches, and partner collaborations.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage all company social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) with engaging, consistent, and industry-relevant content.
• Coordinate marketing activity across the team, ensuring unified promotion of events, product launches, and key announcements.
• Plan, schedule, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event channels.
• Identify and coordinate attendance at key trade shows and networking events in the UK and Europe.
• Support the launch and promotion of new machinery lines and OEM brand partnerships.
• Maintain and update the company website and digital marketing materials.
• Work closely with sales and service teams to align marketing with commercial objectives.
• Manage marketing budgets, suppliers, and KPIs to ensure campaigns deliver measurable results.

About You

• Proven experience in marketing or communications (ideally within B2B, engineering, or industrial sectors).
• Confident managing social media and creating engaging, technically focused content.
• Strong organisational and planning skills, with experience coordinating events and exhibitions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable balancing strategy with hands-on delivery.
• Willingness to travel across the UK and occasionally Europe for trade shows and networking events.
